ok so where would I find the microswitch? Can it be cleaned to get it working or does it have to be replaced? :) (complete newbie remember!)

Hi guys, Picked up my 97 tiptronic this week and have noticed some small things that need lokking at. :) The one thing I can get my head around is the window in the drivers door. Whenever you open the door, the window drops but then goes back up again before you close it. Power windows work fine and pass door has no problems. Any ideas? I have to pull the handle up to get the window to drop when I close the door! :) Thanks in advance :)
