Like almost everyone else on here, I bought a Boxster and the dealership didn't have the radio code. I followed the steps on this post to get the serial number and here it is... hopefully someone can help.
CR-220
Type: 4362
S/N: 15031900
Thanks!!!
CDR-220 swap in the CDR-23
in 986 Series (Boxster, Boxster S)

First off I'd like to say a HUGE thanks to Loren! I've seen how many people you've helped on here and not many actually say thanks afterwards. I have another quick question for anyone out there though. My 2001 Boxster S came with the cd220 and I'd like to swap in the cd23 if possible. I never use a changer and would like the indash cd player with an added ipod hooked up as well if possible. Is the cd23 out of say a 2003 Boxster a direct swap and will it work correctly with my factory 8 speaker system? I searched the forums and came up with nothing so far.
