There is a DIY under 996 common fixes. He's using 3M. Good luck.

Hi,
just wanted to know which product I should use to restore my 996 headlights, no major cracks but look really yellow. I stopped by at the dealer and they said they can fix it for $200:(.

1999 C2 cab, 76 000 miles 6 speed of course ;), had clutch and RMS replaced at 48 000 m, at 69 000 m that was the transmission turn, runs good so far, cross fingers
