  1. I own a 1993 C2 (US) I purchased used. It was the 3rd Porsche for the previous owner and he took very good care of it.

However, I am missing the manual for the radio. I have the code and have had to use it more than once. The last time I punched in one of the numbers wrong and the display went blank. I tried turning the radio off and on, tried several of the other buttons and even turned the ignition off and on. It was only after 2 hours of searching the internet did I discover that my radio was a CR-1 (from a photo on a website) and on another website that I had to press and hold the "AM/FM" button for 2 seconds to the "CODE" to display again.

I checked out the CDR manual here but the code entry is slightly different from my radio. Anyone know where I might download a CR-1 manual? Preferably for free.

Let me know if you haven't obtained the manual yet. I can scan mine in for you and email it.
