i agree with Pete. I have a c4s which needs a new engine with 46116 kilometers. It all started with rattling on cold start. i would roll it off a cliff if i was you and save the headaches.....believe me...
Yeah but before you find a cliff Get a warranty..

You checked the power source at the switch but did you verify that the switch feeds the power (Power out from the switch when activated), also try disconnecting the actuator and recheck for power.
