  1. What will I see once I take the door panel off? Will it be obvious? Everything is fine when driving. The window stays up, & works fine. Just when I get out the window will some time(not always) go down part way. Like I say, if I put the key in the door to lock & hold for window to go up, it stays up fine. A real mystery. Any pics out there of whats going on in the door?

    Thanks again for all help.

    Cheers

What could be wrong with the motor unit? Sometimes it acts up when I turn off the ignition & take out the key. But when I put the key in the door lock & turn it to lock the door & raise the window, it stays up fine. Any ideas would be appriciated.

    Thanks

Well you've got two choices...either take it to a stealer or remove the door panel and have a look. It is most likely either the motor or microswitch...

If the car is a coupe and the issue appears only by standstill (not when driving), the window motor unit should be the culprit in most cases.
  3. I was concerned it might afect the CATs, but probably should be ok. Thanks for the reply.

Run it! No issues! I've been running it for the last 4 tanks. Once it gets into the system you can go 3oz for the whole tank. You really want to run it through the fuel system not just let it sit in the tank. I run it in ATV's, jetski's and the Porsche with no issues. E :D :D :D
