After erasing faults and recheking all potentail air leaks in MAF, Throttle and IPD mounts, it became perfect
Thanks for the help
-
thanks Richard I will recheck
but
- at durametric I have an error code on PAS 8004 Supply voltage clamp 50 sc + and 8005 supply voltage clamp) 5 cs+. This is the reason of my suspiscion
- and the engine runned 3/4s not only once but at each starter demand; If the pump failed, I think I could not have these repeated engine starts.

Hello
After having disconnected battery for a night to change the Air Filter and the MAF for new; it was impossible to have engine restarted but a quick engine-running during 3/4 seconds and looking as lack of gas.
I suspect having PAS disconnected as if the car would have been stolen;
Impossible to restart correctly
Any idea to recover the situation or have I to go Porsche dealer ?
Thanks for help

Thanks Loren
I had a mail back from Greg at IPD
Hard reboot is the solution and now idle is back to 650 r/mn
- shut out battery at negative for 30 mn
- engage key just before start for 1 mn
- push the accelerator pedal once
-close key out
- put key
-start
- push PSM button
thats ' it

Hi
Any of you have a good detailed explaination step by step with photos for 987S 2007 front spoiler removal ?
I need to replace the failed horns.
Thanks
You are replacing horns? Are you needing to remove the bumper cover or the spoiler? There are several articles here and on rennlist and 6speed that cover bumper cover removal. Not sure of any that just have the spoiler removal?
Good luck.
DC
Yes apparenltly I need to. If you know another method I will appreciate
Not seen any good detailed DIY with photos on renntech

Hello, Help dead battery, trunk will not release. It's in the garage not much room to get around. Can't get into trunk to charge battery. Help. Car doesn't have the hood release in fuse box.
1/ Opening the plastic arch at front inside one of the front wheels location ( right or left depending model year ), you will find a secret manual cable in order to open the trunk :P
or
2/ Inside the fuse box at left of driver legs, you will find a dedicated button to pull and to use as + of any charger ( - on car itself) :)
or
3/ As said having a porsche charger to fit with the cigare lighter in the middle box ;)

On my 2006 987S one of the two horns failed on me this summer. It was covered under warranty. I was in & out of the dealership within 30 minutes. They did NOT pull off the front bumper.
Nice and you what he did?
