Yes, the connector on the top/rear side of the charcoal canister. I do not see any place for it to connect altought behind the fuel fill door there is a rubber plug. Does it connect there?

I have just purchased a 2000 Boxster (base). The battery was disconnected for transport. The radio (Becker 1) serial number is X5018515. Any numbers to try.
Thanks for the assistance.
How Warm Is Too Hot
in 986 Series (Boxster, Boxster S)

On a normal 90 deg day where should the water temperature gauge indicate? I recently acquired a 2000 base Boxster and just made it road worthy and am wondering about the water temperature. Today in stop and go traffic it was holding around the "0" in "180". Is this too hot or about normal?
As always thanks for the help.....
