  1. Replacing them is not the difficult part...adjusting them correctly is. They need to be identical (both sides) and will need to open before you have TB shutdown.

    thx wross,

but i am going to just take it in to the dealer because i do not have the fund of knowledge

    to deal with the issue.

    roy

    GO BUFFS (88)

  2. as mentioned the sound level is all relative to each of us.

i needed an exhaust that was more aggressive than the stock but still

had some punch. i do need to talk on the phone periodically when i am in the car.

this level is loud enough and you can also converse with your passenger. i purchased

mine from imagine auto in KC. stephen was so sure that i would like it that he told me i could

have my money back if i was not pleased. how's that for for service!

he shipped it down to me and all worked out ok. you should call him and speak to him about it.

they also use this exhaust on their bigtime stage xxx cars.

i was also interested in the ruf but stephen cut me a good deal on the miltek so the choice became easy.

    good luck

  3. Melsta,

This is a tough subject and very subjective (as already mentioned) and I've been trying to figure out the same thing ... which exhaust to buy since none of them are cheap.

I have eliminated Fabspeed and B&B as they are too loud (for me) and have reasonance issues. Also Fabspeed is known to have some weld issues as well.

I have narrowed my choices to AWE, Cargraphic and EP Stage II Loud. I have personally heard the EP and it's very nice. AWE doesn't seem to be "too popular" (not as prevalent) but looks like a good product at a good price. Cargraphic I would like to hear but no one around me has one.

Good luck with your search and stay in touch and I'll do the same.

i have the Miltek exhaust, I am very pleased with it

perfect level for me, no resonance
