Gentlemen -
Was leaning towards pursuing a SSK from B&M, but was alerted that Schnell also offers a SSK. Spoke with the distributors, and it seems that the product is almost identical to the B&M SSK.

Priced very attractively at $159. Wanted to know if anybody has installed / used the Schnell piece, and what the opinions are - especially relative to the B&M SSK.

Sunset Imports has parts at cost +15% (see link at top of window).
Carnewal is great, but unfortunately the exchange is not too favorable right now.
If you still have the CD holder, I'd recommend you replace it with another "shelf", available from your local dealer or from ebay (from a Porsche dealer). IMO, the CD holder is not a very efficient use of that space.

The aluminum shifter is a good choice, I did that and the handbrake. I got mine from Suncoast Porsche.

If your mats are worn, you can get these Lloyd mats with a C4S logo. Lloyd is licensed to use Porsche logos/script and I hear they are good mats. My mats are starting to wear a bit and I'm probably going to get these.

I've just bought my 996 C4S and am enjoying it thoroughly. Was curious, though, which sites you'd recommend for some basic mods. Just swapped the clear markers in, but would love to get the aluminum shifter, turbo twin tips, etc. - small stuff like this.
I know Gert's Carnewal is a good site. Any other online sites that do a good job of offering some of these mods?
