My Dealer is not able to understand what is needed to add this functionality. Any help with TSB or instructions on how to do it will be highly appreciated. As per him this is not possible and Loren can I order the parts you indicated from you?

Yes, they will work all model year Cayennes - including 2nd gen MY08 and newer.Thanks :D

Did you every find out what was the problem? I have a "Voice" button on my 05 Cayenne, but never been able to try it as my local dealer doesn't understand what this is for?

driving the new cayenne back from germany we were having fun with the voice control for the pcm.
once we got over to the uk we have found that the voice control is no longer working. were not sure if we have turned it off somehow.
can anyone help with instructions on how to activate it again?

Thanks for the reply but looks like that is for PCM 3.0 and I have PCM2.1 on 2005 Cayenne. Is there a way to install this module, is it plug and play?
