Loren,
I understand that a few wise folks have been retrofitting 997 GT3 control arms to Caymans and 987S's in order to facilitate more negative camber to improve tire wear while on track.
Do you have part numbers for these items? Is the lower control arms that only items that need replacing? I also understand that shims are involved as well to set the "range" of camber adjustability.
Any info you have would be great
Thanks

Kind of. PM Me if you get this and I can discuss with you.

Are you talking about the rain rail? Mine is doing that too. Did you ever get a solution? All,I have had my 2006 Boxster S to the dealer 3 times now for a problem with the top. I would love to know if anyone else has had this problem and if so what was the resolution.
The problem is that there is a plastic bar in the back of the top that attached to two clips (under the top cover)
When I operate the top, these clips break and this bar drops down and rests on the motor cover. I am told this bar is there to aid in water drainage and direct water to the outer drain areas. When the top is closed this bar also gives tension on a flap that pulls on the bottom of the read window to give it tension.
I am now going in to the dealer in friday as they claim they now have to replace the entire headliner.
I have also called PCNA and filed an investigation.
Any evidence of another having this problem and what was done to resolve it would be great.
THanks
Darius

Do you have a picture of the pattern (so I get the right wheels)?
Are these the 19" Turbo-1 wheels?
These would be the Silver w/ black wheels that come standard on the new 997 turbo. Not sure if they are called Turbo 1.
I'll try and send you a pic later

Hi,
I noticed that for 2007 and 2008 the 997 turbo wheels are available in Boxster Fitment (9.5 or 10" rear)
Loren do you have a part number for these?
Thanks

Hello,
Does anyone know and have part numbers for adding GT3 seats to a 987S and adding a 6 point belt set up?
What additional besides the seats themselves do I need?
Thanks

When you lower (open) your top, stop the process when the clamshell is still open but near the end of the cycle. Does your rear window put pressure or substantially rest on the black plastic bow (and cause it to bend) that clips the end of the headliner inplace?
Thanks
Darius
