Anyone have a picture of a 996 4s with the LED tail lights. I want to see how they match up with the red strip.

I just relocated to Sun City West, AZ (northwest of Phoenix). I'm looking for a reliable repair shop to do maintenance on my 03 C4S. Any suggestions?

Nice. How is the bluetooth phone connectivity.

Any update on availability of LED Tail Lights for 996 C4S (wide body)?

The 996 stock suspention is pretty stiff, but its a small price to pay for flat cornering.

Thanks for the feedback, that was the problem.

I have a 2003 Carrera 4S, manual with 68000 miles. The mechanism that lowers the window slightly when the door is opened and then raises to seal when the door is closed seems to be out of sync. The window lowers slighty when the door is opened, but immediated raises before the door is closed. I have to manually lower the window, close the door, than manually raise the window in order to close the door.
Any clues on correcting this issue?

My 03 4S (manual) is my daily driver (365) and I generally shift at moderate RPMs (3- 4k), but she runs smoother when I open her up at least a couple of times a week (5 - 6k RPM shifts). I try not redline or hit the limiter. I don't drive it like I stole it, but I drive it like it likes to be driven. That's why I bought a Porsche.

I'm running Continental DSW's on stock wheels on my 2003 C4S this winter (in Wisconsin) and couldn't be happier. The traction on snow and slush is exceptional.
The look on the faces of SUV 4x4 drivers when I leave them spinning at the light is priceless.

2003 C4S 117,500 miles. Manual and completely stock except window tinting. Replaced clutch at 97,000. No fluid leaks. Original IMS. Daily driver purchased 5 years ago with 48,500 miles. Lived in Wisconsin for 3 of the 5 years and drove throughout the winter (rain, sleet and snow). Still puts a smile on my face every time I get behind the wheel.
