  1. Hmmm, not sure but usually thats a seal leak of some sort (unless the dealer left it outside with the sunroof open which is highly possible since BOTH seats were wet). I would have them clean it up, dry it out, detail the interior. then wait and see if you get any water on your floor boards (run it through a high pressure touchless car wash). If your carpet gets wet then you most likely have a door seal leak on the side that is wet. You can check for a door seal leak by running a fog/fake smoke machine inside the car and see if any of the smoke escapes (saw this on wheeler dealers on a DB7 :) ).

  2. Front bearings? Brake caliper lose, Bushings. Try this. drive at a few miles per hour then stop hard. then back up see if it pops when you back up? if it does then have someone stand by the car do it again. I once worked on a car that would only do it in the morning. when backing up out of the drive way. one that one it as front week bearing they would stick being parked all night but during the day it was fine.

    Ok, this makes sense as it only happens in the morning or when car has sat for a long time. I will take a look at this as well.... so hard as its very difficult to repeat on demand.

  3. did you get an alignment when the wheels were replaced? Did you calibrate the steering angle sensor? (This will trip both PSM/ABS if not calibrated). I had same problem after alignment when the sensor was not calibrated. Once calibrated you need to clear the computer as well (there's some steps to that on this forum somewhere). I was told I had to replace the angle sensor ($825 new/ $400 from a dismantler). I went through the calibration steps and it hasn't tripped in over 400 miles now so I'm keeping my fingers crossed (it would trip within a minute before).
