  1. I have a 2005 Cayenne S and when I bought it (pre-owned) it only had 1 key. I ordered a new remote according to the VIN (WP1AB29P25LA64961) from Sunset Imports which I just received, I read somewhere that the FCC ID's have to be the same on both remotes. They are not, would I still be able to program the new one to my vehicle? - Old Key FCC ID: KR55WK45022 - New Key FCC ID: KR55WK45032
  2. Thanks again, I will have to try with the dealer again. Will let you know the outcome.
  3. Thanks Loren, unfortunatly here in Canada the dealers don't have to give you your IPAS codes (I fought 3 weeks with them just to get my immobilizer and ignition lock codes to program a key). They did give me a radio code for the PCM that I want to put in, it's 4 digits long. Is it possible that I also need the ICS/Seimens code that you were talking about in one of the other threads on this site as well as the 4 digit code that they gave me already? Thanks for the help.
  4. I would like to replace the CDR23 on my 2005 Cayenne S with a PCM 2.1. I know that I need the PCM 2.1 radio code so that it can be programmed to the vehicle. I called the local dealer and gave them my VIN and serial number of the PCM 2.1 and they gave me a 4 digit code. When my independant connected the vehicle to a PIWIS tester and went to the section to input the code it looks like it needs a much longer code than 4 digits. Does anyone know how long (how many digits or characters) the PCM 2.1 code should be? Or do I need the 4 code digit plus another one? Any help help would be appreciated.
