Hello Knut SSP,
As you can read in the attachment error 0300 shows the total amount of misfires on all 6 cylinders
Error 0301 up to 0306 shows misfires in cylinder 1 up to 6.
As you have errors in cylinders 4 up to 6 means there is an common problem for this bank (MAF, O2 sensor.....) For faultfinding you can swap these sensors with the sensor from the other bank.
An other issue could be a vacuum leak.
Regards
Hans

Dear all
I do have an (electrical??) issue with the "Additional Coolant Pump"
During read out an error is reported. Up to now I do no not know if the pump is defective or the control unit.
To change the pump (of which I do not now if it is defective) you need to lower the engine, and remove:
fuel filter,
secondary air pump,
intake distributor side 1-3,
shut off valve.
A major task which I trie to avoid.
An other approach is to ativate the pump the by appying 12Volt at the DME control unit.
therefore I need the electrical diagrams of the 997 turbo year 2007/2008.
I already tried at the official Porsche side with the PIWIS system but I did not succed.
Is there any one having these diagrams available.
Would be a great help!!

The oil sender consists of two parts:
- a warning contact (green/white wire) which closes to ground if the oil pressure is under a certain limt
- a pressure transducer with following charateristics:
resistance between 5 and 13 Ohm at 0 Bar
resistance between 111 and 121 Ohm at 3 Bar
resistance between 180 and 190 Ohm at 5 Bar
A broken wire between pressure transducer and gauge results in a max gauge reading.
Faultfinding (I assume you have a piece of wire, a multimeter and some resistors )
1)Pressure transducer check
Measure the resistance between ground and point G of the pressure transducer
requirement: 5 - 13 Ohm
2) Gauge check
Connect a resistor of approx 115 Ohm between point II/ 2 of the gauge and ground.
Turn the key (don 't start)
Requirement gauge reading approx 3 bar
with a resitor of approx. 185 Ohm the gauge reading should be approx 5 bar.
3) Wire check
Check the red/green wire between transducer and gauge for continuity
The routing of the red/green wire is as follows;
- from transducer point G
to
- point 4 of connector X3. You will find this connector in the left hand side of the engine bay in the box with 3 screws cover with the yellow "Danger High Voltage" label.
For recognition of connector X3: at point 1 you will find a 2.5mm2 yellow wire
to
- gauge point II/2
The picture shows the box containing the X3 connector (picture taken with blower removed)
I hope this will help you!

I mounted Michelin Pilot Sport 4S on my 997T mk1. I am positively surprised. Very good behaviour.
They do not have the Porsche N classification (yet)
