  1. Hi, just joined up. I've had this issue on my Cayenne intermittently for awhile now and it has been happining more frequently. I park the car and when I try to remove the key it says move selector to Park. I have been using the little button next to ignition to remove key. Yes, I have searched read all the threads I can find on this. But I've taken the console apart and don't seem to have this magnet or a place for it that I see fixed it for others. Also my driving, shifting, paddle shifters, and manual mode all work fine. Another stated there was a corroded wire harness due to clogged sunroof lines. I'm not sure where this harness is. Any ideas of what to try first? Nearest Porsche Dealer is a couple hundred miles from me so its tough to leave a car there. Thanks for any help or input!
