ENG Light
in 986 Series (Boxster, Boxster S)

Hello,
I have a 2000 Boxster, 2.7L with NO ENG light. When I turn the ignition switch on the CEL does not come on. I took it to a friend of mine that has an OBD and the OBD did NOT register the ENG signal. I currently have no issues with the car, however, my friend says it might be a connection problem.
Can someone please give me some solutions that I might pursue.
thank you for your help.
