Hi everyone,

I just bought a slightly used 2008 987 S Limited Edition (#143) with only 51 miles on the odometer and the car came equipped with a Tubi exhaust. I took it to McKenna Porsche in the L.A area to check it out and they told me the Tubi was not the factory standard exhaust. Is that correct? I love the sound although it can be quite loud with the top up and windows up.

P.S. I love everything about the car!

the tubi is not stock

the limited edition came with a switchable sport exhaust (you can flip a switch and it gets quieter)

it had a few more HP than a "regular" 987S

a tubi exhaust is very expensive and there are also installation costs involved

can you see if you can get the stock exhaust back from the dealership or previous owner?
