Bumper Nick Repair in West Los Angeles

Recommended Posts

Hi, All:

I am a new 997 owner since August, and I am all in love with my new car as each day goes by. My new ride is a 2008 997 in guards red.

Addictive to drive, however, Los Angeles streets and highways have too much trash and debris, and I found a couple of small nicks in my bumper yesterday. Although small and unnoticeable, it breaks my heart to see those nicks on my new baby. **** rocks on the highway!!

Does anybody know any good quick DIY fixes?

Or better, does anybody know any good shop in West LA who can do a impeccable job?

Thanks so much,

ES

ES, I have stopped trying to touch up myself. If you are as fussy as I am (however my GT3 is no garage queen and I track it) I would get someone to do it professionally. I live on the east coast so I am not familiar with your area. I might suggest that after getting your finish as you like it, and before you have more chips, invest in a clear bra. Xpel is the latest and probably is better than the previous 3M that I had on my previous Porsches. It has a longer guarantee and is not supposed to yellow like the 3M did. I drive more in peace with the clear bra. dch475
