What is wrong with my 1998 986?

Hey guys so I posted a post last week regarding some concerning sounds that my Porsche 986 from 1996 has and I was looking for a bit of advice. It’s had a lot of work done to it but ultimately isn’t a daily drive so has been sat around for weeks at a time in a Locked garage undercover

 

It’s had new suspension, new cam belt, new break pipes, new starter motor and a new battery but this noise is worrying me I’ve been putting some fuel cleaner in her and running her quite a bit as a daily runner to try and help but I’d just like some advice before I take her in 

 

 

On a cold start this is the sound it makes and when I rev the engine at a low gear or a neutral it seems to make this kind of gargling sound. I was looking for some advice before I take her to the garage so I can know what to expect any answers that would be greatly appreciated.
