2006 997 Carrera C2

I am looking for the part number(s) for the upper spring seat for the rear springs. My car had been modified with some very stiff coil-over suspension and i am changing it for a more street-friendly setup. I have the new shocks and springs but the kit assumes you have the original parts - I do not. (The aftermarket coil-overs use a different part).

The top of the rear spring is supposed to sit in a part that compensates for the fact that the spring is not flat at the top. Please see the enclosed picture. I am not sure if it needs one part or two. I have the rest of the parts other than the part shown in yellow in the picture.

I want to make sure I order the correct pieces.
