Need some assistance Check Engine Light is on (dealer diagnosed as problem with secondary air pump) My mechanic is not familiar with (he typically works on higher end Porsches) He checked a pump on passenger side of engine and it is working Is the secondary air pump emission related and is it necessary (expensive part) Thanks in advance!!!

Check Engine Light is on. Dealer diagnosed as "Secondary Air Pump" Can anyone share with me location of this pump? Is it necessary? (I was told it is emission related) and very expensive Out of curiosity is there a "Primary Air Pump" I'm doing leg work for my mechanic. Thank You!
