  1. Well I assumed it was something I had done when I cleaned out the throttle. I took the air intake off, all the clips and bolts etc, and I am sure everything went back on ok but I was just wondering if I should check something in that area first before driving 1 hour to the porsche garage.
  2. Hi, new to the forum so please go easy on me! The last week or so I have noticed that when idle my boxster seems to stall. It can't settle on an idle rpm and then stalls. I have done the suggested fix, clean the throttle (which was full of dust and dirt) and replaced everything and it seems to run fine, however after running for a few minutes I have "CHECK ENGINE" light constantly on. Anyone know if there is something I might have done to make the light come on? It was running fine, I got some fuel from the garage and then on the way back home the light came on... Any help would be great! Clive
