  1. I am the new proud owner of my first 911. 2002 Guards Red, C4S, 45K miles. All original, perfect in every way in and out, except as described below. I have noise coming from the rear end that kind of sounds like low pitch thud when I slowly roll over a speed bump or similar bumps. If I hit hard or I'm at higher seeds, nothing. I have been told by one shop rear trailing arm, another possibly strut mount. Had it up on the lift, Trailing arms look fine. Anyway, likely the strut I hope (feel free to comment on that) That said, I am considering having the rear struts replaced among other things, direct oil feed eventually as well, Ceramic bearing already done before I bought it. The o2 sensor issue of course and the ignition switch getting stuck to the right is also common and on my list as well. So here is my real question: Should I go with Bilsteins rear (and front eventually) or stay strictly factory? And if Bilsteins, or other which ones. Heavy Duty, Sport, other. I will be putting new Mich Super Sports all around soon as well. I'm a new member. Thanks, jay
