Hello Richard, Thanks for your help. 1 / Yes when i run piwis diagnostics it try to connect with the 520 ( it makes the sound ) only on 997, 987 and cayenne ( picture 1 and 2 ) but not with the other car ( picture 3 simulation ). 2 / I find the human interface device ( picture 4) but i don't know it's good ? 3 / When i try to do uptade of the firmware with the piwis ( tool firmaware ) it appears a couple seconds and disappears ( it's unsuccessful...) 4 / I try with the RBPLFWconfig but i don't find version IP09 ? ( picture 5 ) . I try with the usb cable but i stops with the message could not open port ( see it on back of picture 5 ) 5 / I have a com1 cable but not a female i must buy an adaptater 5 / You meens i need the special Bosch serial cable to use it ? Is it the Ubox 2 ? ( photo 6 ,7 and 8 ) If you must have more details tell it to me, best regards
  2. Hello, thanks for your message... I know that it will only work on cars before 2014 but I have try on three car 964.997.996 and it dont work. Someone says to me that I must update new firmware ? Do you know that ?
  3. Hello, I need help tu use my KTS 520 with my laptop Dell piwis V34. When i try it on a car the tester stay always in simulation mode. On my deskop i have firmwaire uptade programme but i don't know how i must use it. Does somoene know how doing it please ? Thanks for your help...
