  1. Hi, I am new here, I tried to describe my problem on others 911 forums, but without success.. So, my car is C2S 997 with 6 speed manual, 53 000km, I am 2nd owner. But I have problem with interesting noise from front part of car. I thought that its worn front strut mount and bearings, but I did a new and no change... ? Good thing is, that the car do this noise also on jacks for better searching. Today, I dismounted one more time front shock, wheelhouse for check the A/C pipes and lots of parts in trunk. I don't understand where is the problem, but in my opinion noise come from somewhere in the middle front, near the tank. Very interesting is fact, that after first few kilometers this noise disappears! Sounds like balls, or stones, but why disappear after 10 kilometers? ? i don't know anymore.. ?
