I find I have to push and hold before it zeros. Takes 2-3 seconds. Try that.
Will give that a go and report back.

The trip button when pressed does not zero the odometer reading, I know that these often fail, can it be repaired or is it better to buy a new button from Porsche at probably an extortionate price?

I've noticed my PCM is not showing the temperature in the bottom left of the display, it just shows dashes where the temperature should be, anybody got any ideas?

No code should be required unless you physically change out the PCM unit.
I recently changed out my PCM unit because the original stopped working and suspect I need a code, everything seems to be working ok but I get the following message when I turn it on:-
System error: Amplifier not available
I accept the message and it disappears until I turn the system on again, as I said everything seems to be working ok, anybody came across this before?
2005 PCM 2 not showing Temperature.
