2009 Boxster. With both pushrods removed and both clamshell rods removed from both sides, top should be in full manual mode. Half way up, the top stops. The framework will not extend fully. Up, down.....up, down...no problem. But only halfway up. Do I have to remove the canvas top to access the frame?
Kkw1027 replied to Kkw1027's topic in 987-2 Boxster Convertible Top Issues and SolutionsI can reconnect end caps. Top will close perfectly in motorized mode. And then will open just fine until about halfway up. The top is catching on something. Appears to be on the right side. Here is where the pushrod end caps broke.
