  11. I'm seeing the last visit in 2009? So this might not work, but I followed the FAQ instructions exactly and it worked beautifully. I did something wrong before.

    i have a 2001 carrera 4 that had a dead battery, and the radio is locked. And of course I don't have the code- ugh
