  1. Hello Everyone - I am new to the membership. I have the base 1999 Carrera with the conventional cable throttle. My first question to the forum is... how do you remove the hard plastic piece on the end of the throttle cable that is secured to the brace on the throttle body itself? I have attached a photo and highlighted the part in question. I saw a video of a two-man tag team removing this same piece on a 1999 Boxster but access was much simpler. THANKS IN ADVANCE and STAY SAFE! Chuck
