  1. Is this a part that should be replaced or does it need a "computer flash" ? I think the latter was done at some point
  2. I have a several month old 06 Cayenne S. When in 4th, 5th or 6th gear, and between 30-40 mph, the car will "shudder" with light accelleration. Feels like it is losing power, entire car vibrates. Have been to 2 dealers so far, replaced coils, updated software etc. No difference. Has anyone else experienced this?
  3. Found it Telephone prep connector. On it you will find: +12 volts unswitched (red/green) +12 volts switched (green/black) Ground (brown wire) Telephone Mute Signal (yellow/black wire ( from Loren's post)
  4. Can anyone tell me which wire can be used for switched power? Thanks
  5. Hmmm, I have an 04 C2 that does the same thing Is it known to happen in this year as well?
  6. I have an 04 C2 that i recently bought. I though i would use just in the summer, but i love this car. I planned on using my 04 BMW 330xi for the winter, but i think i want to drive the Porsche year round - so much more fun Anyone have experience with driving a C2 in the snow - should i get snow tires? I am also considering selling both cars and getting a C4 Thanks
  7. I have usually kept my autos for upwards of 120-150k miles. In buying my 2003 C2, i did not see many cars from 2000-on that had more than 50k miles. Does anyone have experience with keeping these cars long term?
  8. In my 2004 C2 997, there is an area for CD storage below the radio. Has anyone taken this out and put in something more useful, like a nav system?
  9. i recently purchased a 2004 997 with 12k miles. on occassion, when starting the engine, i see a small amount of white smoke from the exhaust. Anything to be concerned about? Engine oil does not seem to be consumed on the gauge Thanks
  10. What about buying a low mileage car that is 2 years old? Then you don't take the hit on the depreciation
