  1. Loren, thanks for the quick response. Just want to make sure we are talking the same language. My main or primary hood release cable is definitely on the left side (driver) and I believe it is broken or disconnected. I was trying to get to the emergency release cable that in the US is hidden in the right side (passenger) wheel well that I can't seem to find. Hope this makes sense?
  2. Gents, need some creative thinking. My hood release cable stopped working, when you pull the lever, it does not feel like it is connected to the latch. Took the inner wheel lining out to look for the magic backup emergency release cable and it was not there 😞 No I am stuck and am looking for some creative solutions/ideas on how to get my hood open. I would thinking I might remove my right headlamp assembly and look to see if the cable emergency cable can be reached from there. Anyone have success with getting headlamps out but no access to the release lever in the trunk? Any other creative ideas on how I can get the hood latch released? Thanks in advance
  3. Looking to see if anyone know of a source where I could purchase the two cabrio roll bar oval trim pieces (circled in red below) I can only find the full trim panel available 996.555.083 and don't want to spend $700 to replace. I believe the p/n:s for the two oval roll bar trim pieces are 996.555.345.00 and 996.555.346.00 (looking for black)
  4. Anyone know the p/n or size for the deck lid rod clip shown in this picture? Rod actuates the locking arm to hold the deck lid down. Clip is spray painted red in the photo
