  1. If anyone ever wants the workshop details on this fee free to look at attached safari.pdf
  2. So taken the Cayenne in nice long drive to Portugal and then on the last stretch get this message pop up Air Suspension Faulty Visit Workshop ive plugged in my iCarsoft POR V2 and I get the following: 0147 Power Supply for body wheel acceleration sensor FL 0139 Body acceleration sensor FL 0141 Body acceleration sensor Rear 0140 body acceleration sensor FR 0003 Control Unit Faulty ive cleared the faults and was able to see voltages of around 2.40v for these sensors then all of a sudden they lose all power get 0v and the Air Suspension fault comes back. this happens even if I don’t drive anywhere - just wait and eventually the sensors lose power and I get the error anyone had any experience of this and what on earth it could be??
  3. YEP I agree so drained that red stuff out. Wasn’t able to get more Porsche so went with Castrol 75w90 Fully Synthetic Long Life Syntrax oil - recommended on various sites as an alternative to Porsche and I can confirm it’s the same colour as Porsche All done and I can sleep at night now 🙂
  4. SO - Porsche advised each diff needed 0.9 Ltr of oil so got myself 2 Ltr of Porsche Diff Oil and took to my local garage to get the oils changed in my 2004 Cayenne V6. Drained the back one and filled with 1.4 Ltrs of the oil. All good. BUT WAIT!! That means I only have 0.6 Ltrs left for the front diff! And guess what at least 0.8Ltr drained out the front so I won't have enough Porsche Oil 😞 So the garage said its just 75w90 gear oil and that they had some they'd use on the front. problem is it was RED oil and Porsche was yellow. So we couldn't mix the oils - instead they put in the full 0.9 Ltr of the RED non Porsche oil. NOW - I'm kinda freaking - IS that RED oil OK to use as it is 75w90 gear oil or should I get it out ASAP and replace?? Ive attached a photo so you can see what the oil the garage used is Please someone put my mind at rest 🙂
  5. Hi all can anyone point me to where I’d find instructions on the water-pump replacement in a 2004 V6 3.2 please? can only seem to find the V8 instructions
