  1. Having posted this in one community I realised Renntech being referenced a lot in my research so I figured it would be worth raising my question here. I also appreciate that ICARSOFT is a very low end scan tool however I do think it is telling us some good information. The car is failing to connect with some of the front electronics, most notably the power steering, front windscreen wiper, headlines/aux lights, starter relay. Then I noticed if I use the jump points in the engine bay she comes to life. The power steering does not seem to work at all though. Further research shows all these components have a common ground located near the jump points (GP-15). So, I was just really wondering if anyone knows of any 'weak points' in the system in the front left of the engine bay? The car has evidently taken a big knock to the front left wheel and I am suspecting dislodged something. During my diagnosis I figured I would ping all the systems, and this is what I have found: U0126 State: Current Communication with steering wheel electronics control unit (CAN Chassis) P0480 State Current Fan control driver P0481 State Current Cooling Fan 2 Control Circuit Malfunction U0428 State Current Check steering wheel electronic control unit fault memory content P3088 State Current Starter Relay 1 or 2 does not close B10151B State Current Battery main switching switch unit, limit value exceeded C12016 State Current No communication with front-end electronics control unit C12097 State Current Check air conditioner regulator control unit fault memory content 00A230 Warning Transmission temperature too high c1201E State Current No communication with power steering control unit 008456 State Current LIN bus 2 - short circuit to ground, short circuit to B+ or open circuit C120976 State Current Check A/C control unit fault memory content C13002 State Current Communication with generator C1201E State Current Communication with Servotronic control unit C13201 State Current Communication with Wiper 86030B Relay terminal 50, open circuit U112300 State Current Check power steering control unit fault memory content U112100 State current Communication with Servotronik control unit
