  1. Just to clarify for future readers, I am not looking for interpretation pathways to repair the problem. I'm just trying to find a definition for these codes. I'll update once I'm able to sort them out.
  2. Autel support was a dead end: "As per my response from my engineers, unfortunately we do not have a interpretation for these codes." I would assume that Autel has permission and is paying Porsche, since they charge users a $21.95/year licensing fee for the Porsche specific software. I do have some non-DME codes that have previously been cleared that are not in P format and their faults are defined. For instance: 000602 (Closed-circuit current, limit exceeded (eEm). But the takeaway is that the Porsche software for the AP200 appears to be able to read Porsche specific fault codes, but is unable to interpret all of them, particularly DME codes.
  3. I've emailed Autel support to see if they can help. The Autel device with its Porshe software license doesn't appear to be of much use if it's just going to give me meaningless codes that can't be interpreted.
  4. I have a check engine light and my Autel AP200 with Porsche Cayenne specific software is showing the following DME error codes. 005C31 (Please refer to vehicle service manual!) 001DE6 (Please refer to vehicle service manual!) 001DE8 (Please refer to vehicle service manual!) I can't find a list of DME codes in that format. The lists I have been able to locate predominately show error codes beginning with a P. Can anyone help me translate these codes or give me a hint as to where to look? 2016 Cayenne S E-Hybrid Thanks!
