2005 911 997 stick cabriolet no pasm, good battery.

I had a flat tire and had my vehicle towed to my dealership. Our mechanic jacked one side up and removed the wheel. I took said wheel to tire shop and had new tire mounted and balanced. When I returned, my rear spoiler was deployed (never worked before), lights were blinking, horn intermittently going off, etc. When I got in the car the power windows and power locks wouldn't work, reverse lights, brake lights, basically the entire back half of the car was dead. Trunk does not open, frunk wont open except with key. Multiple error lights pcm failure, visit workshop, close trunk, the conv top switch was inop. Had power seats, radio, and car ran fine. Scantool said error communicating with rearend module. Have no idea where to start. Checked all fuses, seemed fine.
