  1. we ended up replacing the pump as everything else was tested sat. After the pump replacement, all of the codes cleared with no issue.
  2. Issue resolved. Ii pulled the door apart and determined that the window had slipped up. Reset the window to the correct positions (I had marked the window in the fittings last year when i replaced the regulator) and all works perfect. Thanks..
  3. I have a 2004 996 tt cab. Last October the passenger side window started making a grinding noise when operated. I replaced the window regulator (factory part from Suncoast) and reused the old motor. Since then the window has operated perfectly until yesterday. Yesterday I noticed that when I lowered my windows the passenger side failed to fully lower. It had about 1/2 inch that did not fully lower. When I used the one touch feature on the rocker switch it raises up to the cab roof seal and then lowers about 3". I can use the rocker switch to manually raise it to the all up position however when that is done, there is now about a 1/2" gap between the front passenger window and the rear window where they are not meeting up. If I open the passenger door and fully raise the window it appears to be raising about 1/2" higher then hit should and still has the same gap to the rear window. The rear window appears to operating normal. I have tried the processes to reset the limit switches with no changes noted. Any thoughts on what has happened.
  4. I have an 04 996TT Cab that with the P0491/492 error codes. Looking to change the stock diverted valves out when I inspect all of the tubing. Any recommendation on what to use for a replacement. Also is a there a DIY page for this replacement. Any help is appreciated.
