  1. THANK YOU! I must have spoken to 10 people who told me this didn't exist! THANK YOU!!!
  2. The Porsche tech said that they would/could not code it out, but that "unplugging it" would simply make it a regular door handle that still worked with the FOB. Is that "VT" or "YT"...and what color combo is that exactly, assuming that the first letter is one color and the second is another color.
  3. Thank you, but I'm looking for the wire that leads to the thumb lock button on the exterior door handle itself as part of the "entry & drive" system. Tracking which wire to clip or unplug so that the thumb button is disabled without killing the rest of the door lock mechanism has been the problem.
  4. My thumb lock buttons on my 955 Cayenne have stopped working and finding replacement handles is proving to be difficult, so I'm wondering if there is a wire that I can clip or a means to unplug the Kessy thumb locking buttons without disabling the entire central locking system and without dismantling the entire door. I'm told that the thumb buttons cannot be "coded out" and I can't find anything that tells me which wires go to the thumb button on the door handle so that I can clip and disable the thumb buttons altogether. Can anyone post a wiring diagram that tells me which wire to snip in order to disconnect those handle buttons? THANK YOU!
