  1. Went on track on Saturday and forgot to put the coolant lid back on after topping up I now have massive coolant leaks and water in the exhaust pipe. I'm thinking of dropping in a new used engine and hopefully save some of the season. I'm in Norway and have not found any used engines for sale in the country. I'm looking for something outside the country. This means I will have to buy an unseen engine. Do you have any tips for reputable places to look for an engine in Europe? Any tips on what to avoid, look for to avoid buying an anchor?
  2. Thanks for responding. The body is 98 and the drivetrain 97. Are the codes accessible from within Piwis II? Update: I've found out I need to contact the dealer for the codes. I doubt they'll be very helpful considering this is a service they charge quite a lot for. I also found that the VIN in the windscreen does not match the VIN read by PIWIS (the car is legal) I guess I may end up in trouble if I change things. Perhaps I should settle for removing the bulb.
  3. I've got a US body with a European drivetrain. The swap was done by a PO after the original body was totalled. I'm located in Europe. Previous owner kept the control units and simply removed the CEL-bulb. I would like to have it working for obvious reasons. Is there a way to use my Piwis II to fix this so that the programming matches what's in the car?
