Hello I have a 2008 CS and had 3 times the steering column not unlocking and the car not starting. I realized the second time that by unplugging the battery connectors and reconnecting them, i reset the electronics of the car. By doing so, the steering column unlocks and the car starts normally. I am thinking of adding an accessible cut-off switch to the battery. Maybe it is a hack to the steering column issue.
