  1. Steve, It allows for the optionality of straight pipes while retaining the stock muffler. The choice is your with the use of the switch. I was thinking of doing the same but with use of the old 911 heater boxes. Seemed a bit much though in terms of fabrication. I like the idea of the electronically controlled valve - just wondering how to route the exhaust with the Y pipe option. Love to see pics of how this will be done. Good luck Boggtown.
