  1. I couldn't figure out how to post this in the new "Reviews" thread so here it is. Does anyone know of a reliable shop in the North Denver to Boulder CO area for standard factory scheduled maintenance? Dealer south of Denver wants $1200 for the 40K service to 04 cayenne TT - oil change, plugs and 2 filters along with checking out systems. Parts, not including oil change is about $160 so it is difficult for me to understand how oil change and labor can be over 1K. Heck, even at $125/hr that is 8 hours. What would you estimate shop time to be for the 40K service - 3 to 4 hours? THX Steve
  2. Thanks for the suggestion - I never would have thought of that. Steve
  3. I just purchased what has been described to me as a 2004 Cayenne Turbo. VIN is wp1ac29px4la90123. I am guessing that the 4 before the l indicates that it is a 2004 model year. The in service date however is 4-22-03, and I have seen 2003 models with older in service dates. Does anyone think that there is a problem? How can a 2004 model be built and in service before some 2003 models, and might this be a Porsche error. Pardon me if this is not the appropriate forum but I couldn't see a better one. ON another note - best dam??? car I have ever owned and I just sold my 03 M5 and still have my e-36 M3. Previous vettes, Bimmers, RR, Jags saloon and e-types etc - only 2 Porsche autos were a 356b bathtub in the 70's and a frustrating 928 in 1992. Stephen
  4. Thanks for the thorough description and details. Where can one purchase replacement struts other than a retail Porsche shop? I am in Colorado US,. Steve
