  1. Thank you for your response 🙂 I'm in the case 4 but I already change the T sensor 😕
  2. Hi 🙂 I have a c4s from 2003. To resume my last change on my car last month : Water pump Calorstat Coolant Expansion vase with the level sensor Belt and belt bearing Drive at least 300km with no problem. I had a trouble with the steering pump but it was just a bad connection and lost liquid and need to clean all behind the pump. After that... After some kilometers I had the red warning light (blinking) and the needle go down (Motor Temperature). Sometimes it stop and sometimes the problem coming again. I saw that the day after looking for the steering pump, It was strange. The needle Temperature go up very slowly but no red warning. If I let the car in the garage and wait, the needle go to the normal Temp. Slowly. I change the Temp sensor on the Oil pump. Same problem. I put the old level coolant sensor. Same problem. The weather is a little bit cold but last year no problem. I have my Oil pressure who seems to be at the end of is live (saw it from a long time) and when the warning come for the Motor Temp the needle of the Oil pressure seems to be "normal". I lost my mind with this problem 😕 Anyone can help me ? Thank you 🙂
  3. It's done 🙂 Finally it's easy but we need to ; Unplug the most of the cable as possible, coolant, fuel and push to the right. Unscrew the fuel folden cap in the front. Low the engine to the maximum. After that you can push the tank to the right and push it to the bottom. You have access to the black support on the top. Unsrcew it and keep it away. Now the tank come easily. Put the new one. On right to bottom. Put back the black support. etc... Thank for your help guys 🙂
  4. Hi, I lowered it until the end of the screw. Very hard job 😕
  5. Hi Guys, I'm trying to change myself the expansion tank but... After looking a lot of video it's impossible to get out... I managed to remove it completely from its housing and gained a little space by removing the nut from I think the injection in front. Any tips ? it's as if the engine doesn't go down a few centimeters enough...
  6. Old threat but, do you resolve your issue ? I have the same... And how ?
  7. Hi 🙂 Has anyone ever changed the aluminium pipe that comes to the top behind the expansion tank ? I have a little hole I think 😞 If so, is this doable without having to remove the engine ? By just disassemble some parts on the top of the engine ? And, what is the utility of this aluminium pipe ? Thank for all your support Mike My car : 996 C4S 2003 Triptronic This pipe and the clip who eat it 😞 I think it's the number 13 : See on a video, it's this one :
