  1. It is getting colder in Cincinnati, OH and I have been having to shut off my Boxster to reset the flashing coolant light after it warms up past 100 degrees. But once I shut off the car and restart it the light goes out. Can anyone give me some advise on this. Thanks for any help. Also my air bag sensor light is staying on any way to reset this without taking it to the dealer? Brian Steenhoek :drive:
  2. I am having an issue with my airbag light staying on and was told I need to reset the computer. I am in the Cincinnati, OH area and could use some help with this anyone. I will also let you know if anyone can help you as well. Thanks. Brian
  3. I stored my boxster last year and after the battery going dead my airbag light has been staying on. I have not driven it that much this season and have not had a chance to get it checked out, but if you find out whats causing the issue please keep me informed. I was told that it could just need resetting and also that it could be the wiring harness in the seats? Brian Steenhoek
  4. I am new to this forum and thought I would pick the minds of those who completed this task. I own a 98 boxster 2.5L 38,000 miles 5 speed manual. Recently installed a GT-2 front aero bumper, GT side skirts, and a GT aero spoiler tail. I also changed out the stock rims to 18" center cup wheels with p-zero tires. I am now thinking of doing a 3.4 conversion and gain the extra horse power. I have been told I need to find a 3.4 engine without the throttle body as a 1999 body works best. Also a center raidator and exhaust modifications. Has anyone done this conversion. Can you give me advice on how to start this project. I will take any advice I can get. I have been told the results are impressive. Thanks for your time. Brian Steenhoek :drive:
