  1. What I find shocking is I offered to return them for a refund and was instead told I could have 2/3 store credit for a different set of wheels from the place. If you were a smart business man wouldn't you do what it takes to get this put away and keep from going viral on the net?
  2. The wheel company that sells a ton of Porsche wheels on California welded them up 2X! They bought the wheels dirt cheap, welded the one that had 2 busted spokes, then resold them. The new buyer drove on them for 300 miles and 2 spokes again cracked. After months of batlling with the wheel company he gets them back welded up yet again. He then decides too off them on someone else (myself). The seller whom I bought them from says he has no money to refund. The wheel company who actually shipped me the damaged wheel from their shop has told me they will give me a credit towards another set. I told them they will be hearing from my attorney. I am just afraid their are some bad wheels going around from this company so I wanted to give everyone the heads up. Due to legal reasons I am refraining from mentioning the companies name. If you need more info anyone can PM me. Companies that put lives at risk pulling this sh*t should not be in business IMO.
  3. So I am driving along the road and I hear a very odd grinding noise. I pulled over and 2 of my spokes on my Kineses F110 wheel are cracked all the way through the spokes! I was amazed as I thought these were bullet proof strong wheels! So I have the car flat bedded away to a near by shop. The tire guy comes back to me and says that they have been welded up recently! I just bought these a month ago from a forum member online that told me they were "just re-painted because of some minor scratches." I am pretty pissed at this point for not only being f*cked over for buying welded up wheels but this could have killed myself or others on the road!!! Imagine if I was driving the car hard and it busted completely! You can see the welds on the back side were the cracks are if you look closely. Come to find out these wheels were bought from a major wheel company online, welded up, painted over, and re-sold! You can see the spokes have been welded up and painted over: Let me know what you guys think....
  4. What is the purpose of wiring in the reverse switch? I also have an AVIC but did not opt to connect the wire.
  5. Anyone know? I have the P1108 code myself and cannot figure it out.
  6. Can anyone tell me were the Evap canister is on the 996TT? I have the code P0444 and found one of the connectors left unplugged. I took out the TB in hopes to locate were it plugs into and couldnt see anything?
