  1. Ok, thanks for that, gives me some peace of mind. What about the removing the entire relay itself, would that work?
  2. Hi, hopefully this isn't a daft question that's been asked to many times. I've recently bought an 03 996 C2 coupe c/w PSE and think it sounds brilliant, only problem is the cut out between 25 - 40mph. I've read a lot of the posts about cutting the diode but just wanted to double check. If I cut the diode, does the switch still work i.e. can the exhaust be switched into quiet mode it just means that in loud mode it stays loud between 25 - 40mph. I'm happy enough with the car being loud all the time but want to retain use of the switch for when it comes to selling the car. The other thing is, if I simpy remove the whole relay does this just mean that the car is loud all the time and that when I sell the car I can just re-insert the relay? Thanks for any advice Martin
