GE Capital Extended Warranty

I am debating putting an extended warranty from GE Capital on my 2003 C4s (27,000 miles on vehicle). Does anybody have any experience with GE Capital Warranty Services? The cost for the additional 3 years and additional 36,000 miles is ~ 3500. Supposedly this is the bumper to bumper 5 Star coverage (everything but wear and tear items etc). Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! The local dealer, Herb Chambers, uses GE for all of their warranties. Herb Chambers has over 30 dealershps in the area and they are quite reputable. Thanks!

I accidentally caught the "s" in the 4 s portion of my rear decal while washing my car today. The "S" broke in half. Does anybody know where I could get a new rear decal??? Thanks!
