  1. Thanks so much! Doing that I was able to get the plastic hook back into position and with the graphite it works fine now! :thumbup:
  2. Last night, I went to close my driver side door and it just bounced back at me. The door latch that attaches to the ring on the frame is somehow stuck in the closed position. I tried using the key and the door handles both inside and outside, but it is frozen. Had to drive home with the door handle tied to the center console. Door locks work fine. My question is: Is this door closing latch operated by a cable or an actuator or both? Is this an expensive repair?
