Thanks Loren for your reply. I apologize, my original post was unclear - I am talking about the soft top squeaking and moving slowly when it is being raised and lowered. Do you have any info on exactly what the lubrication points are for the soft top? Also, while I'm lubricating things, the rear wing also squeaks and moves slowly when being raised and lowered - any info on lubrication for the rear wing? -

I have a 2004 996 cab and the top is squeaky and slow while moving. I have never lubricated the top for the 6 years I've owned it. Does anyone have a TSB or can they let me know exactly how and where (I'm sure there are several places) to apply Krytox or other lubricant as preventative maintenance and to stop the squeaks. Thanks! -
I am trying to replace my original black OEM radio surround with an arctic silver one to match the car's interior -- see picture of what newly installed piece will look like below. My question is how do I remove the old one and replace it with the new one? Do I need any special tools or hardware (clips, etc.?)
